Good to know
Why does my registration need approval first?
We briefly review every registration to prevent abuse and set up your workspace correctly. You are usually active within one business day; you receive an email as soon as you can start.
Where is my data stored?
In a Scaleway data centre in Paris, in the EU. Database, files and emails never leave the European Union. Nexivo complies with the GDPR and signs a data processing agreement with you.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly. You can export your data yourself at any time; after cancellation we keep it for a short period and then delete it permanently.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Import contacts and companies from a CSV file (for example from Excel or another CRM). You map columns to fields and see a preview before you confirm.
Is there an API?
Yes. Nexivo has a REST API with OAuth2 and permissions per integration. You create a dedicated client per connection with exactly the scopes it needs. Available from the Pro plan.
